We have developed a Strategy Refresh workshop designed to re-orient nonprofit teams* around a shared vision and sense of direction. We guide you through, essentially, a mini strategic planning process to answer three key questions:
Where is your organization now? (Values + Identity Statement)
Where do you want to go? (Big Question / North Star)
What practical steps will help you get there? (Strategic Priorities)
Whether your current strategic plan feels stale, you're experiencing big changes, or you're just looking for a meaningful team-building experience, these sessions will help you refresh and move forward with new momentum.
WHEN: Either a half-day in-person retreat* OR two 90-minute Zoom sessions
WHO: Up to 10 participants
COST: $1,200 for nonprofits**
*For orgs in the Greater Philadelphia region only. A travel stipend may apply for travel more than 15 miles from our office.
